Newbie seeking tips [IF Creation Systems]

Hi guys I’m just getting started with IF. Looking for a easy language that works like Tads games i have seen. Any tips?

Inform 7 may well be easier than Tads if you’re not already a programmer…It has decent documentation built into the IDE, and there are lots of people here who use it and can help you out if you run into trouble.

Or of course there’s Tads. :slight_smile: More of a normal programming language, not as many users as Inform, but a very capable tool.
