Murder at the Manor

A choice-based, Golden-Age-style murder mystery by Obter9. I’ve posted at a review at my blog.

I mostly agree with your review. The adventure’s reasonably interesting and entertaining, but I wish it offered more options. Other than deciding who the murderer is at the very end, the player doesn’t make any real choice.

The entry’s reminiscent of Cluedo/Clue, so I thought at first that - as in the board game - all possible combinations (location/murderer/weapon) could be true, and that the truth would be randomly determined each time the player started the adventure. That would have been fun, but it would almost certainly have been way too much work (the clues would have to change depending on the combination, yet remain coherent).
