Let's start talking IFComp '26!

One should be considerate not only to the IFComp authors, but also for the reviewers & judges awaiting the start of the 'Comp proper.

On this, I’m uploading the first-ever “IFComp appetizer”, that is, a tiny parser IF (8 rooms, two-and-half simple puzzles) which I hope can on one side, allow authors to unwind their stress (I hope that the puzzles are actually simple…) and rewiewers & judges a little warm-up when waiting for the main course.

A spy's heist, an appetizer for IFComp authors & judges...

As we say in Italy, “gli ultimi giorni/ore sono sempre più lunghe”, I have a nifty little idea, a tiny parser IF, written in few days, which I hope allow unwinding and relax to IFComp authors and a little warm-up for judges & reviewiers. It’s written in Inform 6/standard library and is very tiny, 8 rooms and two and half puzzles, and rated “merciful”. What perhaps is the most interesting feature, in trying to minimise my proverbial bad english, I have limited rooms & object descriptions to 1-4…
