I just noticed that the IFWiki didn’t have a page about this forum, so created Interactive Fiction Community Forum - IFWiki with some very basic information – anyone can create an account and fill in the details 
For inspiration, there are lots of pages in Category:Communities - IFWiki and Category:Websites - IFWiki.
