The old link to version 3 of my Inform Handbook is now dead, as I’ve abandoned the musicwords web URL (which I no longer use and didn’t want to continue to pay for). For the foreseeable future, the Handbook will be available for free download from Dropbox.

The new update was released in 2023 (re-edited during the pandemic). If you google it, you’re liable to find the previous edition (version 2, released in 2015). That version is available on readthedocs dot io, for instance. I definitely recommend downloading the 2023 version.

We could host a copy at ifarchive.org, for the unforeseeable future when the Dropbox link rots.
(We don’t have it now – I checked.)
