Including ".tcp file for your system"

I’ve run into a bit of an issue where a game I released seems to have, somewhere, a character from a mapping file not innately found in some systems. I’d love to just find the character and take it out, but I have no clue where it is or what that character is, since the error a user reported doesn’t say.

So I looked in the documentation and it says that for stand-alone executable versions, I ought to include the .tcp files for my system. Question is, I have no idea how to do that, where to get it from or where to put it. Is there any concise guide on how to do this? I’m running windows 10.
