If you had updated your work during the competition, or you wanted a post-competition release on the IF Archive, you would indeed have to upload it there yourself. This thread might be of some help with the details.
However, the state of all works as they were at the start of the competition was uploaded to the archive by the organisers, here. (Two copies: one inside the giant IFComp2023.zip, which never changes, and one under the Games folder, which you can ask to have replaced with a mid-competition version.)
In your case (Escape your psychosis, right?), I think you didn’t do any mid-competition updates (judging by the competition changelog page)? In which case, you’re already good, unless you want to do a post-competition update – your work is already at the IF Archive, and linked to from IFDB.
