…to my seven year old son. He found King’s Quest and confiscated my machine. Also, I’ve been appointed translator.
He has been interested when I was typing away playing a text adventure, confused when I said it was a game. We played some IF together but he didn’t really have the patience. He got really excited when he saw Gateway, with the pretty pictures and all, so we played part of that together too.
But now I’ve lost him to graphic adventures.
Has anyone played the remake of King’s Quest by AGD by the way? It’s really good. Plus you can toggle it so it cannot become unwinnable.
