Could IFDB have screenshots?

Maybe instead of screenshots for text-only games (not including those with fancy UI like what Hanon showed), there can be a Quotes field for the author to optionally add something? Like how games often have, in addition to trailers, videos of early gameplay (Tears of the Kingdom did this recently). This would be easier to read from an accessibility standpoint than, say, a Parchment screenshot.

Here’s a possible example:

QUOTES

West of House
You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door.
There is a small mailbox here.

“WELCOME TO ZORK!
ZORK is a game of adventure, danger, and low cunning. In it you will explore some of the most amazing territory ever seen by mortals. No computer should be without one!”

FYI, we have a filed issue for screenshots.

I’d happily review a PR for this, but I think it’ll be quite complicated to work on, especially since the local development environment doesn’t have its own image database, so it’s not possible to test uploading anything locally. Maybe we’d get rid of the “image DBs” entirely and just store the images in folders on disk, and permit folks to rsync them.

yes, that would work.
