Well, that command worked fine in the online version, but a later command isn’t working… maybe it’s something on my end, though, if other people aren’t encountering it!

Regarding the case of the roman numeral, as it just needs to be typed using the buttons (ended by blank).
The library works by using water from your own timeline + the year in roman numerals to generate a code you can use to restore the conditions. That code appears on the parchment after inserting the tablets.
