After deciding the scope of...(an error..??)

I may just be picking nits, but I have found that although the manual suggests that you can do the following–

After deciding the scope of the player while in the Shrine: place the holy grail in scope. (18.29)

–this does not compile:

After deciding the scope of the player while in Crawlspace: if in darkness: place the square hole in scope.

The problem message states that the ‘while’ clause did not make sense, and should have described a condition or an activity. However, this did compile (and worked perfectly)–

After deciding the scope of the player while the location is Crawlspace: if in darkness: place the square hole in scope.

There were one or two other examples in the same section where the clause ‘while in’ (a location) was used. Is this an error??

Just thought I would mention it.

Thanks!

Yes, it’s an error in the documentation; the “while in” syntax is several versions out-of-date. I mentioned this on the bug-tracker last year.
